I’m thrilled to share with you a few new offerings from East+West.

East+West was born out of a mission to break the perceived barriers between the ancient lineages of Indian spiritual masters, and the beauties of the western world. During the last 6 years our trainings have been full of heart, laughter, dance, meditation, friendship, and all the beautiful colors of life. We’ve seen our family grow rapidly to include an extremely diverse, world-class collection of teachers from all over the world.

It was our intention to bring together the most respected teachers in the world to significantly raise the bar on yoga training experiences worldwide. I can honestly say it feels as though we are approaching that goal, and still improving each and every month. 

300 Hour Training- July 2024

This July, we will be running our 300-hour training led by Vijeth & his team at Ananda Cottages. If you know Vijeth, you know every one of his trainings is an entirely unique experience. It will certainly be a celebration of life and a deepening of knowledge. Spots for this training are starting to fill up, so please reserve yours soon if you intend to join.
