Her classes are known to be a balance of strength and softness infused with spirituality designed to bring you back to the present moment and back to your true essence.

Alyona is a guide in the world of Yoga, Tantra and Meditation. Previously, Alyona worked as a physician in the rehabilitation center. This experience gave her a solid foundation to turn her passion for yoga into a career. She has studied authentic yoga with great masters such as Deshekachar (School of Krishnamacharya, Chennai), Sheshadri (Mysore school of Krishnamacharya), Madhavan (Shivanada school, Tamil Nadu) in India along with modern teachers M. Baranov and I. Zhuravlev in Russia. Since 2016, Alyona founded the methodology of the Shanti yoga studio in Ukraine and was a teacher at Shanti training school of yoga therapy. For the last ten years, she has facilitated yoga workshops, masterclasses and multiple yoga retreats throughout Indonesia, Europe and India.

Akshay Bhat

MASTERY: Hatha Yoga

Akshay began his yoga journey at Gurukula (a Vedic yoga education school). Akshay focuses on bringing healing aspects through the ancient practice of Hatha yoga. He has studied the Yoga Sutras and Vedic mantras and went onto receive his Bachelor’s degree in Yogic Sciences. Yoga has transformed Akshay physically, mentally, and emotionally, making him the best version of himself. He works with classical Hatha yoga, pranayama, meditation and embodied yoga flows.

Vijeth Kumar

MASTERY: Ashtanga Vinyasa & Vedanta

Vijeth was fortunate enough to be born into a family where everybody was aware of Yoga and Vedanta, Vijeth has been witnessing the branches of yoga since the moment of birth. Early in life, he was introduced to the great yogi Sri Niranjana Saraswati, and the humbleness of his power sowed a seed inside him. Later on, he decided to follow his sister and became a student of BNS Iyengar in Mysore, walking the path of Ashtanga Vinyasa. His devotion to yoga led him to post-graduation in yogic sciences and human consciousness at Mangalore University. After over a decade of teaching at all levels of yoga training around the world, he understood that every individual needs special guidance and attention to bloom.

Greg Kaps

MASTERY: Classical Hatha & Kirtan

Greg is a sensitive, creative and earth conscious spirit by nature. When he found yoga, it was like coming home. Greg spent years traveling and teaching worldwide, taught over 9,000 public classes, leads international workshops, trainings, and maintains a devoted self practice and commitment to personal inquiry and growth.

Rooted in Classical Hatha, and influenced by many styles and beloved gurus; his classes are fun, focused, and very naturally flowing; lightheartedly exploring and embracing our shared humanness. Greg is also a seasoned and passionate musician and Kirtanist, having lead charity Kirtans for years. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself in a “cirque de soliel” pose one minute, then busting over in ridiculous group laughter or a blissful a singalong the next! Greg also brings pranayama and meditation into each class providing a truly balanced, grounded and holistic experience.

Rachel Ellery

MASTERY: Anatomy & Physiology

UK-trained Osteopath, New Zealand trained Pilates rehab instructor & internationally recognised anatomy teacher Rachel Ellery, specializes in sharing her knowledge of human anatomy and movement principles to yoga students, yoga teachers, and bodyworkers from around the world.

Her mantra “educating and moving the world one body at a time” stems from over 27 years of hands on experience and 18 years of teaching functional anatomy, bodywork techniques and movement.
