At the age of 7 years, I was sent to a monastery by my parents where I lived for the next 12 years. During my study years in monastery, I learnt different philosophies about life by the ancient Indian sages. This pious learning at an early age laid a strong spiritual foundation in my nature. At the monastery, I also came to learn about ancient meditation techniques through my master. After my monastery education, I went to University and took my diploma in Computer Science and started a career as web designer. In 2008, after working in the IT industry for 5 years, I decided to quit and follow the path I knew I was born for.
I share my understanding in the teachings of Traditional Hatha Yoga, Philosophies, Pranayama, Meditations and various Cleansing Processes. I believe Yoga surely helps to stay relaxed in any degree of situational and emotional intensity. I like to teach and practice the traditional style of Hatha Yoga with Slow and Graceful movements of body and breath, between two postures. This way of Yoga Asana practice had been developed and suggested by ancient Mystics of India, as a helpful tool for humanity of all ages of time, for transforming all kinds of divisions created by human consciousness.

I was born and raised in Paraguay by a very executive, feminist, spiritual single mother and a simple, humble grandmother. Drawn by my child curiosity and the urge to express all my feelings my whole upbringing was a mix of outdoors adventures, trying all types of sports and experiencing art in dancing, acting and painting. I decided to let go of my whole “life plan” and went to live for 6 months in a Meditation Center in Uruguay. After studying for some semesters Interior Design and Advertisement, in 2013 I began teaching this meditation technique in jails, companies, orphanages, and to all types of people. My other passion is the entertainment industry. I became Miss Paraguay 2011-12 and got to travel around the world representing my country. I’m a model, a very healthy one now, and a TV host. Two years ago I moved to Los Angeles to study acting and become an actress.

I began my journey into yoga in 1994, following the manner of traditional yogis in learning the art and science of yoga at Tapovan Dhyan Dham Vidhyapeeth, a classical yoga ashram located at the foothills of the Himalayas. Thereafter, I pursued an advanced yoga teacher training course at the world-renowned Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute. I am trained in various styles of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and all other aspects of yoga for the purpose of health, healing and rejuvenation. Apart from teaching as a Yoga Teacher Trainer I am also a Corporate Yoga Trainer, and have conducted countless workshops on alignment and adjustment. I am an authorized ERYT 500 teacher trainer with Yoga Alliance (America) and a Registered Master Teacher Trainer with International Yoga Federation (Europe). I specialize in mind- body medicine and have had the opportunity to observe how psychosocial stressors such as anxiety, depression, anger, pain or relationship problems can affect the cardio-pulmonary, gastroenterological, immunity systems and practically every biological function. I impart the knowledge that we can utilize mind-body techniques such as yoga postures, breathing exercises, Meditation and laughter yoga for the mental-physical relaxation, stress management and for individual growth.

We prioritize enjoyment, seriously

Yoga is about learning to enjoy life again. This isn’t just marketing language to us. While we are sincere in our practice, we never take it too seriously. Every day in our training is fun and full of life and our teachers are genuinely hilarious.

Not too religious, not too commercialized

When we started designing this training, every program we researched was either overly religious or overly commercialized. This training is somewhere in the middle, taking only the good aspects of both. It is deeply rooted in the authentic traditions of yoga, but focused entirely on individual empowerment rather than religious dogma. Many yoga schools today are simply factories that spit out teachers. We could not be further from that. We have a deep, deep commitment to helping individuals and giving unmatched attention.

Daily Schedule

The schedule will push you, but not beyond a reasonable comfort zone. It weaves together a beautiful variety of physical movement, deep meditation, relaxation, expression, and fun. We are mindful not to overload students, leaving plenty of time for decompression & relaxation.

Q: I don't want to be a teacher, can I still take the training?

Yes, many of our students take the trainings just to deepen their practice. In fact, it’s the perfect way to do so.

Q: What are the pre-requisites for attending?

We strongly suggest students have been practicing at least 6 months before doing the training.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, training can be broken into payments of as little as $500 / month.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. If for some reason you cannot attend the training, you can apply your deposit to a training in a later month.

Q: Can I work or stay connected to the outside world during the training?

The resort has wi-fi, and students are welcome to use their computers in off hours.

Q: What is included in the tuition price?

Our trainings are all-inclusive and include accomodation, food, and the training. Airfare is not included.

Q: Are the trainings physically difficult?

Most students find the trainings only moderately difficult physically. Our teachers are fantastic at adusting the courses to meet any students physical ability.

Q: What can I do in my free time?

Students are encouraged to explore Bali in their free time on Saturday & Sunday, as well as before and after the training. It’s very common for students to link up for travel adventures after the training. Our staff knows the area very well and is happy to provide guidance.

Q: Are there age restrictions for the trainings?

You must be at least 16 years old to take the training. There is no maximum age.

Q: What if I have already done the 200 hr training?

No problem, you are welcome to join. It’s a great way to reinvigorate your practice.
