The Yogologist – Algarve
The Yogologist yoga teacher training aspires to help each student find their unique voice in teaching yoga by combining a highly spiritual approach to yoga with the strong scientific tradition of Hatha yoga. The course is held in two 10-day sessions and is divided into eight modules following the lines of the eight limbs of yoga by The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

The True North Vinyasa`s teacher training is a course true to the essence of yoga with a fresh and open-minded perspective. You will be immersed in a transformational personal physical practice. You`ll gain a tool kit that will help you find your voice and your calling as a yoga teacher.
Throughout the course, you will focus on the foundational knowledge you need in order to create your own sequences so instead of learning set sequences you`ll learn how to be creative and intuitive with your flows. Indiv Yoga offers comprehensive training on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in South Portugal several times a year. The15-day residential trainings have a strict schedule so the syllabus can be completed in these two weeks. Before applying for the course you`ll have to have at least one year of consistent yoga practice and you`ll have to complete a reading list.
